" Since our aim to sum up is to improve our work and study, it is imperative that we possess adequate courage to admit the reality and face our defects. Otherwise, our summing-up efforts are futile. However, making mistakes is not horrible. However, it is hardly known that it is its regular objective and realistic summing-up of its advantages and disadvantages that keeps the very team moving on.
