M: Have you painted it recently? I mean, the walls look a little dingy.
W: Sir, the color is offwhite. We painted the whole apartment just last week.
M: Oh, sorry. Guess my eyes are going. What’s the rent?
W: The rent is $500 per month.
M: Does that include utilities?
W: No, utilities aren’t included.
