On the contrary, one with rich working experience can leave a deep impression on interviewers, despite few certificates on hand. It is the excellent working abilities that gain a job hunter an edge. It is advisable that all certificates should be attained for the sake of necessity rather than for certificates’ sake. Undisputedly, certificates can attest your abilities.
