Firstly, doing market research is an essential element. We can do market research ourselves or employ specialists to do that. Secondly, advertisement is also important, because it can make our products well known and attract potential customers. We’d better choose an experienced local advertisement agency to design a novel and suitable ad for our product. Furthermore, setting up a branch or subcompany is necessary, because the employees who are exploring overseas market need premises. The scale of the branch depends on the turnover of the business there and the fixed overseas branch shows the company’s long-term strategy for development. Finally, it’s crucial to recruit veteran local marketing managers to promote our products more effectively. Obviously, this saves the trouble of language problem and culture shock.
