答案Proposal for enhancing employees’ morale Introduction The purpose of this report is to investigate the current situation of the employees so as to give my recommendations on how to inspire their morals. Observations According to the investigation, most employees are not very enthusiastic about their jobs, some of them don’t like to go to work every morning, and often get late for work, others can’t finish their jobs on time and often make many mistakes. All of those has bad influences for the current work and consequently will affect the development of the company. Therefore, it is urgent that staff’s morale be inspired right now. Some of the measures by AAA company can be used as, a source of reference. For example, they have many awarding and punishment policies which are implemented strictly, and their corporate culture are greatly recognised by their staff. Recommendations As for our company, I think firstly, some regulations about rewarding and punishment can be implemented, those who do more and bring more profits to the company can get more. Furthermore, some positive corporate culture could be introduced from those successful companies. Third, some regular group activities can be organised to enhance cohesiveness in the company. I believe that the staff will be more enthusiastic about their jobs in the future if all these measures could be taken.
