What happened last quarter?

W: Have you seen the sales figures from our previous quarter? Our new main dishes have been a success, but our appetizers have not sold as well.
M: Really? I did see that profits were up, but I wonder why the appetizers haven’t been as popular. I’ll have our servers encourage the customers to order appetizers with their meals.
W: Hmm. Maybe we could offer free appetizers for groups of four or more, or create a sampler dish that has a bit of everything. Could you try to come up with some other marketing ideas to solve the problem?
