M: Hello. This is Bill Brickwood from BETC. I’m calling about an order we made last month for tables and chairs. You sent us 68 tables and 72 chairs, but that’s not the correct quantity.
W: I’m sorry about that. Could I have the order number, please?
M: Yes. It’s JL 343.
W: JL 343. Oh, That’s it-70 tables and 72 chairs. We’re very sorry for what happened. But we’ll send the rest to you as soon as possible.

B: This is Bill Watt from T and D trading company. I’m calling about the delivery of the order 3675. How soon can you deliver? I must have the order before the 16th July.
A: Order 3675. We will deliver the yellow models on the 14th, but about the red ones, we have to deliver on the 18th, because there’re some problems in our production department.
