Hello. My name is Manuel Waters. I spoke with you last week about possibly catering a conference. Well, we discussed it, and the organizers would like to go with your service. Now we have some special requests as to what quality of food is served, how the food is served, and how the dining room is set up. I’d like to go over all of that with you as soon as possible. I also looked over the food your company offers, and I’ve made a menu of possibilities. If it’s possible, I’d like to sample the proposed menu within the next week or so.
