Good morning, my name is Sam Smiley. I’d like to leave a message for Ms. Elizabeth Donald. This weekend is the third training session of the month, but some business has come up at one of our local branch offices that needs my attention right away. In my absence, I was wondering if a copy of the session materials could be delivered to my office after the session has ended. My secretary, Ms. Avery, has been informed about my absence and is ready to receive the materials. Therefore, if there will be no difficulties to have the session materials delivered to me, please inform Ms. Avery, and she will be glad to assist you in having the packet sent to me. I apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to attending the fourth session the week thereafter.
