问题   Nowadays, some famous universities in China are permitted to enrol part of their students through interviews or some other forms of exams. The chosen students need not take part in the entrance examination, thus just waiting for the opening of the college life. Whether this method of enrolling students should be encouraged or not?
  Write a composition of about 400 words.
