答案Dear Jim, I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to you for your generous help during the May Day holidays I spent in Qingdao. First of all, I appreciate your appearance at railway station when I got off the train. It was a great welcome especially when the city was strange to me. Secondly, I must thank you for giving me many travel tips such as bus route, shortcuts, must-seeings and local snacks, which are my urgent needs. What’ s more, I really appreciate your taking some time off to take me to Mountain Lao scenic spot, featuring mountains, seas, and forests. Your tender care made me feel warmly welcomed and thus transformed my first Qingdao trip into a beautiful memory. I feel obliged to thank you once more. Yours sincerely, Li Ming
