As you all know, we’ve had some problems with our climate control system since last month. It may become uncomfortable in the mailroom and on the first-floor because the crew will have to shut down the system for hours at a time while working on it. While the repairs are going on, workers in the first-floor offices will have to move to other work areas for a few days. During this time, we will also be making some much-needed upgrades to the building, including new carpeting for the lobby and meeting rooms.
