问题     Many people think of crisis as being【B1】______only with unhappy or unpleasant events. This is not the【B2】______. Crisis can occur as a result of any change, even one that is generally welcomed: marriage, birth of a child,【B3】______from school or college, or election to public office.
    Crisis are generally of two types. First, there are the【B4】______ crises related to growth and maturity which we experience at times of life【B5】______and change. Examples of this include a child’s first【B6】______ in school or his transfer at a later age to a new school. These events may hasten the 【B7】______of a crisis-—both for the child and his parents. Another time when crisis can be expected is during the teens.
    The second type of crisis is the unexpected, accidental kind. This can【B8】______ from many sources: having an automobile crash, being fired from a job, losing a large sum of money, or falling suddenly ill.【B9】______ illness will create a crisis not only for the sick person himself but also for his family.
