答案　　This metaphor aims at highlighting the significance of cultural integration.Of all the changes that have taken place in China over the past decades, perhaps one of the most far-reaching has been the cultural booming stimulated by cultural globalization.For one thing, cultural blending provides China, enshrined as the cultural treasure-house of East Asia, with a golden opportunity to share its cultures, such as Peking Opera and Kung-fu, with the rest of the world, which greatly promotes its national image on a global scale as well as makes foreigners acquire a better understanding of the real China.For another, Chinese people are increasingly exposed to foreign cultures, especially some once deemed as the privilege of developed countries, like science -fiction blockbusters, thus significantly enriching our horizons and lives.For my part, cultural interaction is an irreversible trend in this day and age.We, Chinese people, should be more open-minded and tolerant of foreign cultures.What really counts for us is to absorb their essence and to resist their dark sides.Only in this way will we promote cultural blending positively, thus making our motherland diversified and harmonious.
