答案
On Memories The saying "Memories warm you up from the inside. But they also tear you apart." shows the paradoxical nature of memories. Memories are without doubt a double-edged sword. On the one hand, sometimes the sweetest part of them in particular, warms us up in those lonely and sad moments in our life. On the other hand, they bring us great pains not just because some memories themselves are horrifying nightmares but even the sweetest memories may make us sad as we come to realize that the past days are gone forever. To conclude, memories are mixed with joys and sorrows, but it is this mixture that enriches our life and adds color to it since without the bitterness of sorrow we would never truly taste the sweetness of joy. Though memories of lost happy days may tear us apart, they teach us to cherish today all the more.
