As can be seen, 65% of them have not taken part in sports activities, while 35% of them have. When asked about the reasons, 53.90% of the respondents say it is because of the lack of playing fields and sports facilities, while 34.90% say they could not find the time. The remaining two factors are playing fields being faraway and not knowing how to do exercise, which are equally expressed by 12.90% of the respondents. The survey results reveal that the National Fitness Campaign needs to be improved. First, more sports facilities need to be put in place to make sure that those who are willing to do exercise would have full access to the facilities. Second, voluntary trainers and fitness experts are needed to give talks and offer advice on how to do routine exercise. With enough facilities and basic knowledge, people would be motivated to keep their body busy.
