(ENC) is Hi-Tech joint venture for telecommunication  systems, founded by LM Ericsson and Nanjing Panda Electronics Company Ltd,, etc. It is the largest Ericsson joint venture in China and has developed successfully after establishment in 1992. ENC focuses its business on system integration, software development and is one of the Ericsson global supply centers to supply Ericsson Asia Pacific markets. It produces and sells Ericsson GSM900/1800MHz mobile systems, CDMA systems, GPRS systems and AXE10 switching systems. Its net sales of year 2002 exceeded 8 billion RMB.
