In fact, this has become a big problem for both students and teachers. As for me, study should be a happy thing rather than a miserable one, and to be happy is vital for students. Here I’d like to supply some pieces of advice from my own experience to those who are annoyed by the stress and anxiety in their study. Firstly, read jokes or listen to some favorite music when you are anxious about or disturbed by problems in your study. This will help you to calm down. Thirdly, talk to your friends when you feel depressed or meet with difficulties in your study. They will support you and you will never feel lonely.
