You must not duck the thorny questions. You must eat your words when what you said was wrong. You must recall the defect goods. If you promise to do something, make it immediately. You should let customers know that your conference center is willing to give a refund if a client is not completely satisfied, and that it can provide a stress-free and relaxing atmosphere. You can tell your customers that your reception desk is staffed round the clock, ready to deal with any calls, and that they can enjoy perfect environment. You can also tell them that the offices and meeting rooms have been upgraded to include the most up-to- date facilities. The wide range of rooms will meet every possible need— one-to-one interviews, seminars, product lunches, major presentations and so forth.
