Many helping hands are extended to it, among which are from PLA, the masses, medical professionals, foreigners and armed police. This picture intends to highlight that love, the kindness of human nature, transcends borders in times of devastat ing crisis. In my opinion, love is the purest and the noblest form of human relation. First of all, love is not limited by borders, races or professions. Just like the people who are giving helping hands, they show their love without considering who they are or where they are from. In ad dition, love gives us hope and strength when we are in the darkest time. Just as what is portrayed in the pic ture, the love extended to the earthquake victims in Wen Chuan has helped them survive the calamity and rebuild their homes. This is also true in the Yu Shu earthquake and many other natural disasters. In short, human beings should be proud of being able to love and to be loved. It is a unique source of power that has worked and will continue to work wonder.
