"It’s not going to be all right not to know who’s on the other end of the wire. "Governments will be able to tax e-commerce--and dictators can keep track of who’s saying what.
   Article Four:
   Restrictive copyright and Homeland Security laws give a legal rationale to" total control," and also knows that it will be sold to the people as a great way to stop thieves, pirates, malicious hackers, spammers(兜售非索要信息者) and child pornographers. "To say we need total freedom isn’t going to win," Lessig says.
