He has won several awards for his innovative training and team design programs, and he currently acts as a consultant to several of the nation’s largest corporations. His first book, Coaching Your Staff, sold nearly 500,000 copies and was named "Year’s Best Business Book" in a readers’ survey. His previous book, fob Success Now, sold more than 750,000 copies, and sales of Doing Business in the 21st Century are expected to be even higher.
