Psychologist Dr Craig Knight said: "We have previously shown that designing your own workspace improves health, happiness and productivity. The results indicate that plants, in a well-designed and personalized office environment can increase business effectiveness【C11】______improved staff productivity and creativity. Plants have previously been proven to have【C14】______effects in hospitals, where patients with pot plants close by said they experienced less pain, anxiety and tiredness,【C15】______houses with plant-filled rooms【C16】______between 50 and 60 per cent fewer bacteria than other rooms【C17】______plants.
