For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a composition on the topic How People Spend Their Holidays. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 word, and base your composition on the table and the outline given below:
1.根据下表,简要描述2005年、2010年、2014年某城市人们度假方式的情况及其变化。
2.请说明发生这些变化的原因。
3.得出结论。
选项
答案
How People Spend Their Holidays (1) As is clearly shown in the table, there was a dramatic change in the way people spent their holidays between 2000 and 2014. Especially, in 2000, more than 50% people spent their holidays at home, while the figure decreased considerably to below 50% in 2010. And in 2014, most of the people chose to travel outside. (2) There are three reasons. To begin with, with the development of economy, people earn more money than before, which allow them to have extra traveling expenses. In addition, people have realized the importance of getting well-informed about the outside world. Last but not least, by traveling, people are close to nature, which is beneficial both mentally and physically. (3) As far as I am concerned, I prefer to go traveling instead of staying at home during holidays. On the one hand, I love meeting different people and taking in some fresh ideas. On the other hand, it is agreed that the world is becoming a global village. (4) In brief, I have benefited a lot from traveling and will benefit more.
解析
(1)人们度假的方式发生了变化。
(2)分析出现这种现象的原因。
(3)我个人的看法观点。
(4)外出度假的好处。
