According to a survey , about 25％ of college students have a part-time job. By the upcoming summer vacation, this figure will increase by 22％. College students are working as tutors, waiters or salesmen. Why do they want part-time jobs? First, they want to earn money to help cover the increasing college tuition. Second, they hope to be economically independent and buy what they need. In my opinion , by doing part-time jobs, college students can gain some social experience and broaden their horizons. What’s more, part-time jobs can provide them with a valuable opportunity to know the outside world.
