Where did the first bombing take place?

Pakistani authorities say two suicide car bombings in the city of Lahore have killed at least 25 people and wounded 200. The first bomb destroyed the downtown headquarters of the federal police agency. leaving 21 dead. Moments later, a suicide bomber blew up his car several kilometers away outside an advertising agency in an upscale residential neighborhood. Officials say at least 4 people were killed. No one has claimed responsibility. The city’s police chief is describing the attack as a terrorist event.
