答案　　I strongly support this argument. I believe that men and women should definitely get the same salary for the same job. This is a very important step towards gender equality in the workplace. However, in real life, women are paid less than men for the same job. For example, in Hollywood, leading actresses are generally paid 20% less than their male counterparts. The gender pay gap has attracted much attention since 2017 when actresses voiced their protests and the media started looking at the issue. I think the gender pay gap widely exists in many other industries and we should take it seriously and offer solutions.
