答案
You can see everyone around you addicted to their smartphones, no matter on the bus, in the subway, even someone driving on the road. Will you feel distracted when your smartphone is not by your side? Will you frequently check you smartphone? All these phenomena reflect people’s addiction to their smartphones who are usually called "Phubbing". It’s harmful to your health. It may cause visual fatigue, cervical spondylosis, and even neurasthenia. Further more, since you’re addicted to your smartphone, you certainly have less time talking with your family and friends. We can see a circle of friends sitting around the table, while playing their own phones without communicating with each other. Maybe your smartphone is actually your true love! Above all, to be addicted to your smartphone not only does harm to your health, but also weakens your interpersonal skills. You spend more time playing mobile games than playing real games with real people. As time passes, it’s possible that you may have difficulty in communicating with people. So you should get rid of smartphone addiction as soon as possible.
