问题    Read the texts in which five people talked about their views about success. For questions to 65, match the name of each person (61 to 65) to one of the statements ( A to G) given below, Mark your answers on ANSWER SHEET 1.
   Michael Kent:
I really can’t understand why people are so worried about money and success these days! All they ever talk about and think about is money, their jobs and getting ahead. I’m glad I’m not like that! I live all alone here in the country, miles away from everything! I have a small cottage, a garden and a little money in the bank, which I inherited from my parents. I even grow most of my own vegetables and I have a few chickens as well.
   Nell Hemings:
I live in a beautiful seaside town. My wife and I have a bright, healthy child. I suppose I have got a lot to be thankful for. But very often I may say this to myself: Who am I? Just a school teacher in a sleepy seaside town! I know that I am very good at my job and it gives me a lot of satisfaction. The children and their parents respect me.
   Hubert Dillon:
I have my own company, an elegant flat and a white Mercedes sports car. In other people’s eyes, I am a successful businessman. But I’m not feeling well lately. I have to stay up late to entertain clients. My head sometimes fells as if it were splitting open for lack of sleep. I also run into a number of difficulties in production.
   Song Jiayan:
I will attend secondary school next year. I am among the top ten in my class and hope to enter a key secondary school in my city. ! have been working really hard for the past two years because my parents keep telling me that if I want to win in life, I should work hard and follow a certain pattern of development. That means a key secondary school, a key university and a promising job in a big company.
   Rolland Waley:
Success takes a great deal of work and sweat. For years. But failure hardly ever sweats! Successes get so worried about their job that sometimes they can’t sleep: always plotting tomorrow’s actions. There is no sleeplessness among failures. Their problems are small and personal. No one worries about them, except, perhaps their wives.
Now match each of the five people (61 to 65) to the appropriate statement.
Note: there are two extra statements.
   Statements
[A] All sorts of problems seem to have piled up.
[B] The harder I worked, the luckier I got.
[C] I don’t depend on anybody but myself.
[D] I will never earn a great deal of money at it, even though life is comfortable enough.
[E] All roads lead to Rome.
[F] Be a success and you’ve got a mountain of people dependent on you.
[G] They say if I fail to follow the pattern, I am likely to be a failure in life.
