The very fact is both shocking and thought-provoking. The implied meaning of the two pie charts above should not be ignored by our society. And their crimes can do more harm to our society, life, work, and study. Therefore, we should be alert to the group and their potential dangers. Counter-measures should be taken to change the situation. In the first place, an education campaign must be launched, particularly among young people. In the second place, a relevant law must be set up to punish those who commit network crimes. In sum, young people and the people with higher education should become the main target in our combat against network crimes.
