" It indicates that we should set ambitious goals in order to be successful. On the one hand, aiming high can prompt a person or an organization to work single-mindedly toward the target. Sometimes, if the goal we try to achieve is not challenging enough, we probably won’t try our best to accomplish it. But if the target is a little above our capabilities, it will motivate us to constantly make progress and work hard toward it. On the other hand, the aims must be reasonably achievable.
