M: Rhea, what time is Samantha scheduled to return from Boston? Her team is giving a marketing presentation later this morning, and she was supposed to be here for it.
W: I just spoke with her on the phone. She missed her train from Salt Lake City. So she had to take a later one, and won’t arrive here in Phoenix until this evening. She apologized for the delay.
M: OK. Well, I guess we should postpone the presentation until tomorrow morning so we can include the East Coast sales reports from Samantha.
W: All right. I’ll inform the rest of the marketing team about the change.
