Dear Mr. Thomas,
It has been two weeks since we moved into the house you recommended. I am really annoyed by the low-quality furniture equipped in nearly all the rooms.
What is the most irritating is the terrible smell emitting from those wardrobes. Obviously, they have just been painted, so poignant odor (刺鼻的气味) almost results in the normal sleep impossible, which lead to severe insomnia for my parents and me. Furthermore, most of handles of the furniture are so poorly fastened that most of them begin to fall apart even without frequent use. As a result, whenever we pull them, we are afraid they will totally collapse and not working any more.
As it is unbearable to live in such circumstances, I request urgently that immediate actions should be taken, such as replacement of qualified articles. Otherwise, our rental contract will be invalid and I will choose another location.
I look forward to your reply and I do hope this problem can be solved as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully, Robin
