More specifically, there are several reasons why I advocate self-employment. Firstly, for the graduates themselves, self-employment is a necessity. Moreover, self-employment offers opportunities for graduates to put their knowledge into practice and realize then personal ambitions. Accordingly, self-employment can also bring them higher financial reward more proportional to their efforts. Thirdly, for the national economy and social stability, self-employment, by providing a practical way for graduates to be employed, can greatly reduce the ever-increasing pressure in the national job market, which helps to harmonize our society. Fourthly, self-employment can provide new economic growth points and optimize the structure of socialist economy. Furthermore, it can diversify our social life be providing more and various services and goods. Lastly, through self-employing, the national spirit of creation, perseverance, hard-struggle and plain living will be passed on. Simply put, with the economy, the job prospect and self-development becoming less predictable, having their destiny in their own hands seems to be the best alternative.
