When my mother received my call at work, she was ecstatic. She gave me a hug upon entering my room. I could see tears in her eyes. She said that this was a destiny-changing episode in my life. That evening, she was so generous as to prepare a large table of delicacies to treat some of my close relatives who came to congratulate me. Whenever these memories flash back to my mind, I can still feel excitement and happiness. I wish I could have more cherished memories during my study as a graduate student.
