I’m writing in regard to the recent trip I booked with your travel agency.
I will start off by saying that I travel often, and it is the first time I have used your agency to book a trip. A friend and I have always wanted to go to Mexico to see the Mayan ruins, so we scheduled one-week trip.
Our trip included hotel transfer and a six-night stay at a five star resort. The hotel was nice, but I wouldn’t call it five stars: the pool was green, which means it hadn’t been cleaned: the fitness equipment was unusable, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room.
Worse, I was put in a regular room, although I reserved a double suite. The receptionist was apologetic, but since the hotel was full, I couldn’t be moved until my third night there.
Since I already paid for the trip in advance, the hotel manager said I would have to be refunded the money through you. Please note that not only should my card be credited, I should be further compensated for all the trouble. I feel the pictures from your Web site misled me into believing I was staying in a luxury hotel, which is what I expected.
