What did the protestors do to support Alfredo Reinado?

Hundreds of protestors have taken to the streets of Dill, the capital of East Timor, chanting support for the fugitive army rebel, Alfredo Reinado. They burned tires and threw stones before being dispersed by international security forces. The protest came on the day after Australian-led peacekeeping forces attempted to capture Major Reinado at his base in a town south of Dili. Four people were killed in the operation but Major Reinado himself escaped.
