Man: I’d like some advice about my investment in Lawsons. I was hoping for five per cent but it didn’t even repeat last year’s four point five per cent.
Woman: Well, four per cent’s not all that bad the way things are at the moment. A lot of companies are giving far less.

Woman: I’d like to know about the company’s educational awards for MBA courses. I have heard you usually pay fifty per cent.
Man: That is for staff with over five years’ service. Staff who have been with us for two to five years, as in your case, get thirty-five per cent, while those with less than two years’ service get twenty-five per cent.
