The picture reveals a phenomenon that is not difficult to find in many scenic spots, that some reinless tourists conduct uncivilized behaviors only to satisfy their own desire. Nowadays, thousands upon thousands of people are traveling beyond their own countries’ borders. Tourism brings the tourist resorts a lot of benefits. On one hand, it enables the local people to know more about the outside world as well as promote the friendship and understanding with foreign visitors. On the other hand, international tourism produces positive effects on economic growth. However, it also gives rise to a number of problems, such as littering, spitting, queue-jumping, talking aloud, flouting traffic laws and so on. All these often cause friction between the residents and tourists, even trigger sharp conflicts. With an eye on practical implementation and cost effectiveness, I propose that society make it clear in every way that people who fail to respect the common good will be seriously punished. Stricter policies for this should be made to correct this phenomenon as soon as possible.
