W: Actually, I’m also organizing an annual seminar for magazine editors. I’m worried that I can’t handle both of them. When do you want me to give the presentation?
M: I want you to give a summary of it at the department meeting on Thursday. I think preparing the presentation is more important. Don’t worry about the seminar. I’ll have someone else take over the preparations for you.
