M: On weekdays we have teaching programs in the morning and afternoon with news. In the evenings we have news at about 7:30 and later, we have films or TV plays and other programs. On Sundays we have films, operas, sports and children’s programs.
W: You’ve seen our TV ads. Do you have the same?
M: We’re beginning to have ads but we never interrupt a program to show them. We have them only between programs.
W: Oh, that’s a good idea. Ads are so annoying. But we have them because the TV stations have to make money and companies pay a lot for ads.
