答案 In the picture, a son and a father are featured. Each of them is burdened by one large sack. The son’s sack is representative of subjects he takes at school: Chinese, English, mathematics, etc. The father’s sack is indicative of his expectations of his son: son’s future, parents’ dreams, and peer pressure. We can imply from the picture that the son and the father are leading an exhausting life, weighted down by study loads and expectations. One factor leading to this, as is shown in the picture, is the college entrance examination. In my opinion, we should ease the burdens, both borne by students and imposed by parents. For one thing, students should be given more time to develop their own hobbies, instead of being consumed by countless assignments and tests. This will be beneficial to their all-rounded development and thus help them grow into skilled and versatile persons. For another thing, parents should impose less pressure, because, usually, parents’ ambition for their kids is the last straw that breaks them. In short, we should attach less importance to the exams, such as the college entrance exam, and let children and parents enjoy a more relaxed life.
