    要消除人类在21世纪面临的危机，让各国人民和平共处，共同发展，就必须提倡文化交流和合作。
    交流是互相理解的开始，而合作是解决问题的前提。如果没有交流和合作，无知、偏见、猜疑就会加剧并且形成敌意。
    各国人民应该携手努力，战胜人类生存与发展面临的各种挑战，保护生态环境，缩小贫富差距，建立公正合理的国际经济新秩序，实现共同发展和普遍繁荣。
