W: Good morning. I’m calling to book two return tickets from Hong Kong to Canberra. My director and I are hoping to depart this Friday and come back on the following Monday.
M: There’s a flight that leaves Hong Kong at 8:00 A.M. on Friday and gets into Canberra at 10:30 P.M. On Monday you’d leave at 7:30 A.M. and arrive at 6 o’clock in the evening.
W: That sounds good. What’s the duration of the flight?
M: It will take about 12 hours, with a short stopover in Sydney. If you want to go ahead and bookthe flights, I’ll need the passport information of both passengers.
