Job Problem for Graduates
选项
答案
Job Problem for Graduates Nowadays, only 58% of college graduates could find a job in their specialty. Why do college graduates find it increasingly difficult to get a rewarding job? One reason perhaps is that many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of society. Degree courses offered in some institutions of higher learning are so outdated, irrelevant and impractical that the students themselves find it hard to transform their book knowledge into real job skills. Second, there is an oversupply of graduates in certain fields. As a result, many graduates can not enter the professions for which they are trained and have to take other jobs available.College graduates are valuable resources of our country. The problem they encounter in job hunting deserves more attention. Colleges should get students out of the ivory tower and adapt their courses to meet the needs of on-going development of economy.
