If you learn to put your money away, you could have some money for what you want. One of the best places to put money is in a "piggy bank" (猪形储存罐). "The piggy bank" usually looks very lovely, but it doesn’t open. If you want to get your money out, you have to break (打碎) it. It is so hard to get the money out that you sometimes just leave your money in. You can’t spend it. So your "piggy bank" helps you save your money.  
The passage tells us that a piggy bank is no use.
