If a company wants to continue to the success of a business, it must build a good team, which will perform effectively and make huge profits for the company. The better the people are, the better it is for your company. However, without reliable employees, it is impossible for the management to build up a good team. Without a good team, it is impossible for a company to provide customers with high quality products and services. As a result, the company cannot stay afloat in tough competition. b.As we all know, business success largely depends on a good team and a good team consists in reliable employees. Many people have studied the art of team building. One of the most interesting works on team building has been to identify the individual roles, which are crucial to a successful team. While individuals in a management group have their formal job titles—accountant, designer, marketing director, production manager, and so on,—they also perform a variety of personality types and a team will work most effectively ff it has them all. However, a successful team needn’t be made up of nine members since some people may be more than one personality type. Thus a team of three could work together very successfully if, among them, the members combined the nine personality types. c.Having a good team of reliable employees is crucial to a company. There is a room in a team for the complete maverick, the person who doesn’t follow company roles all the time, and is a difficult, possible even disruptive element. It is possible to have that kind of person in a team. But a maverick in a team of people who very much follow the company line can be extremely useful both in pointing out the emperor has no clothes, and this kind of thing, and also stimulating discussion. People have to understand where that person is coming from and, allow them to express their ideas and views, but of course, not necessarily, undertake to act on all their mad ideas. But I think it’s a good idea to have a mix of people and one person like that in a team’s very helpful.
