答案To whom it may concern, According to the Evening News dated July 22, 2013, another golf court will be built in the west suburb of our city, taking up 18 areas of green land for relatively few wealthy people who have already more than enough golf courts to enjoy themselves with. Considering the majority of the population in our city are wage-earning who cannot afford to play such expensive game, wouldn’t it be wiser for our municipal government to built more facility parks for the local residents? The tourist industry will not suffer without one more golf court. After all, the government’s money should be spent for the benefit of the needy citizens. A concerned citizen
