From my own experience, the positive aspects of sports are keeping me healthy and changing my personality. First of all, doing sports regularly would help us stay healthy. It is reported that 30 minutes of cardio exercise every other day will reduce the risk of heart disease by 50% . People, who do sports regularly, according to another report, are recorded better in vital capacity and bone density. Also, when we do sports, we sweat.
