In order to monitor the status of brands, it is imperative for them to know their customers. d.The companies must know their customers’ likes and dislikes. They should regularly listen to the reliable customers’ opinions of the products. They must respect customers’ opinion, if they want to improve their products and service at the target. They must satisfy their customers’ demands, if they want to make customers loyal. Only by obtaining reliable customer opinions of products, can they take a long view on guarding products’ images, name associations and perceived quality. Only by taking on customers’ good suggestions, can they possibly abandon short time horizon so as to shore up company’s customer relations.
